PRACTICES

• CALLING ALL WOMEN, come join the local Women's team, Sol Sistas, for Women's practice every Wednesday and Sunday starting September 1st, 2004 at Johnson Fields at UNM (NW corner of Girard and Central)

• Wednesdays at 6:00pm (time may move to 5:30pm as sun changes) Sundays at 9:00am
• Practice will be filled with loads for everyone from beginners to advanced. We'll do plyometrics and calisthenics, practice our throws and catches and work on the fundamentals of the game. Everyone is welcome. Come join us!
